Masood Azizi
Masood Azizi is the recently retired Deputy Minister of Strategy and Policy in the Ministry of Interior in Afghanistan.  He was the Ministry contact for the international donor community and the lead for Ministry reform and change management.  Masood's multiple achievements included representing the Ministry on key national and international security sector conferences  and coordinating bodies, including the Oversight and Coordination Board, the International Police Coordination Board, the United Nations Law and Order Trust Fund for Afghanistan and the US-Afghan Compact.  His previous positions included Chief of Staff of the Governor of Nangahar and Counter-Narcotics Director, a Communications Program Director for ISAF and Chief of Staff for the Governor of Khandahar.  Masood earned a Bachelors in Law from Ariana University, Afghanistan, and a Masters in International Relations from Warwick University, United Kingdom.

George Hazy
George Hazy worked at American Airlines and its affiliates for over 35 years, retiring as a senior executive.  His accomplishments included heading operations at Los Angeles International Airport, Miami International Airport and San Juan International Airport in Puerto Rico.  George's experience includes operations and finance, aircraft acquisitions and MRO repair and overhaul activities.

Donald Moore
Donald Moore has over 25 years of experience as a
lawyer, investor and entrepreneur, including significant experience and knowledge of the global aviation, shipping, ports and other transportation and defense & security sectors. His business and professional experiences include being partner in global law firms, in-house counsel and head of financial analysis and strategic planning at a Fortune-500 transportation company, principal of hedge and private equity funds and serving on the board of directors of private and public companies. For over two decades, his business activities have been global and cross-border, including Afghanistan, Asia, Brazil, the Middle East and the United States. Donald has a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School (cum laude), a B.A. (political science) degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (With Distinction), and an M.B.A. (International Business) from the University of Miami (Valedictorian). Donald also serves as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Association of New York (www.hkany.org) and a director of the Great Lakes Boat Building School in Cedarville, MI (www.glbbs.org).
